I was prescribed to wear a Neelam stone. I wore it for over 6 months. Nothing good or bad happened. After I removed it, I got diagnosed with a rare type of brain tumour which is called a silent killer because it doesn't show any symptoms and usually is discovered during post mortem after a patient suffers a haemorrhage. I survived and made a full recovery because it got caught in time. I don't know if the stone saved my life. The ring has been in my bookshelf for years. I want to wear it again. Will it be advisable to wear an old ring or should I buy a second Stone? I saw in another video that the Stone is effective only for 5 years, after which we should change it. But i didn't wear mine for that long. I'm a little confused. Your advice will really help me

Quality of blue sapphire isn’t much dependent on the origin. It’s more about how the individual gem on the whole is. A blue sapphire from Ceylon can be better than one from Kashmir and vice-versa.
