You sir do a good job in your analysis. I brought a home in 1983 and USA interest rates were 14.5%! The home was very inexpensive and that determined the purchase. Neptune was in a fire sign then and when it moved into a water sign I was able to refinance at 5%! Now Neptune goes into a fire sign…..Aries…..do you see anything to worry that the interest rates will go way up from that move into fire sign? Thank you for you sharing.
