Another crazy thing about how the universe works is if you look up the top music hits in the month and year you were born the titles /meanings of the songs will essentially reflect how your life has played out. Basically the themes of the songs is the same overall theme of your life.

I just did this! WOW!! There were a number of songs and haven’t sorted through them all and some on the day I was born, BUT one in particular was shocking! A song by Jimmie Dean which my mother loved Jimmie’s music and sausage😅 it was called ‘Dear Ivan’ 👀--I married an Ivan and this song is addressing a Russian named Ivan--Then…there was an answer song I learned from the comments called ‘Dear Jimmie’ 😮. Totally RELATES! They are both on KZbin and the lyrics share similar feelings between a US and USSR citizen asking to be friends and Not enemies. Thanks for this info, had no idea to think of songs having such a relationship to our lives. It definitely was hitting the mark here! I mean, come on, how many people are named Ivan? 😂

A little testimonial: My bf is a classical guitarist (cancer rising with a cancer sun) and he just had the biggest competition of his career so far and won one of the prizes: a concert guitar. Thing is, he didn't participate in hopes to win that guitar for himself, but to gift it to his dear friend (guitarist and composer as well) who has a medical condition and can't participate. Mars has yet to unravel as it crosses from my 8th to 7th... very confusing, but your descriptions around relational dynamics, around deep insecurities in my (and I"m sure others) week of 6-12th are SPOT ON. The conjoining of Pluto and Venus sitting on my natal Chiron on the 1st degree is very hard on self-issues, esteem, deepest of wounds in my 4th. I"m questioning ALL my worst facets of relational dynamics and finding I want to cut all the ones which challenge me just too much!! A caution against cutting to hard which may lead to regret is useful especially when Mars transits my 7th house of relationships.... I will try to revisit/reflect on this transit in spring....

The dread is serious here. I have the Moon at 6° of Leo with my Mars at 18° of Cancer and I'm an Aries rising... Damn disrespectful I say. I will just be hiding until September of next year. 🤮 As usual, great podcast gentleman. I have been quietly self teaching for a few years and its so nice to get my notes together and see if what my focus has been gets spoken about. Is that confirmation bias? I often listen to these podcasts as asmr. ( or maybe really like kabuki..dipping in and out with timestamps) . Even after all these years of being an amateur astrological i still have a critical mind..so austin said..dude arange..and i thought..well, ok.. And then almost i mediately i got hit in the head with emails from absolutely every aries from my past ( sending out feelers. Aries are excellent st not noticing that years have passed.) and when i recovered from the strangeness of that..the scorpio emails started ( the first ruler was mars, right..and they arent merely time Ess they also ..as scorpios..think they can win at relationships.) sorry chris. 2:35:33 - Whenever something awful happens, studying transits tends to help me calm down, because I get into this weird mental state where I just like seeing the astrology behind it. Well, just as long as my house doesn't get set on fire the minute Neptune enters Aries, which is a joke about Mars in Aries being in 4th house in my natal chart. Seriously. I read somewhere, to predict the outcome of a contest, examine the transits to the chart ruler on the day of the contest. I applied this to the Presidential Election-which without looking at the astrology, my objective thought was that the Patriarchy is not going to support a female president. I just think it's a very decent amount of progress that the election was so close and am amazed at what Kamala Harris did in about 100 days. -Trump (Who already has an incredibly fortunate chart - born on an eclipse is born to be a King(POTUS) - Trump has transit Jupiter conjunct his North Node/Sun conjunction. It's like Jupiter expanded his audience/supporters/friends (11th house) Also, transit Venus is conjunct his natal Moon; Mars had just entered his 1st house/ascendant probably giving him some rocket fuel. -Harris (Her chart has 10th house challenges as both the South Bends and Chiron are there) ***Main thing about her year - Uranus makes a Secondary progressed station from direct to retrograde which is reflective of her sudden elevation*** On the day of the election, the transits could not be worse. Mars is square to Mercury (chart ruler) - I see this as the main indication of her loss to a man or to the patriarchy. Also, transit Saturn in her 10th house is conjunct her natal Chiron. I am amazed at how the transits on that day so accurately reflect the election outcome. Thanks for the most fascinating podcast on KZbin! 💜Chris & Austin - The Best!!
