There’s a really beautiful story in the Bible about the woman who gives one penny, versus the rich man who gives a lot of coins. To her, it was everything to the man, a massive donation didn’t affect his wealth at all, and Jesus honored the person who gave what little she had to support them. Such a beautiful concept! Phew... Thank you Timothy. This was so soothing to this battle scarred warrior. Have moved 3 times in a year. I've been practicing & more aware of myself that my 'shadow' will never be completely gone. And, similarly, this is also the same for each & every one. Now I am at a stage of fully embracing & loving my shadows so, when I derail, I learn where & about myself on how I can improve & evolve myself. I love that you’re talking about the authenticity in acknowledging and accepting that we all have a duality of light and shadow within us. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I have been trying to find a way to express how Christianity has construed Christ’s teachings and how it is a reflection of the themes found in (the age of) Pisces when the energy gets stuck in the shadow. Rather than a healthy push and pull between the light and shadow. The complete rejection of the shadow and claiming it as evil has ironically trapped most of humanity in the shadow. “I can’t have a shadow, that would make me evil” and to an extreme extent it expresses itself as narcissism. Rather than understanding that it is a natural aspect of consciousness.

I feel like i really did resolve a negative emotion related to the Cancer new moon, even thogh it came up a little after the 2nd full moon in Capricaorn. I have Cap rising, and Cancer moon, so wondered why nothing was happening. With Scorpio sun, it was deeply hidden, even from myself. I had to make up a personality by second grade, because i was an " invisible", withdrawn child from abusive family, and felt i needed a sort of personhood, or would be in trouble. I had xtreme anxiety when called to read aloud, even tho i was a good reader. I'd never realized the sadness i felt and had kept hidden, to do my best to survive at a catholic school where all that mattered was that u were obedient. I realized I'd abandoned my self to survive and had a huge dadness buried also that affected this life, due to lack of awareness of it. Still working it through, but is helping to clear lower chakras, and reading a book on the root chakra really helped realize how important that is, because we can hide our early childhood abuse there, and get the symptoms in other chakras. I'm trying to spiritualize the shadow. People that have pain from it are more apt to work on it. I seldom hear of sn abuser working on their shadow. ​@@mgn1621yes, certain emotions can help u survive as long as u need them as sort of a false security, like deep sadness, loneliness, and unworthiness, u grow up thinking that is life, that u really couldn't live without them, while subconsciously attracting new painful situations, unconsciously, in an attempt to relive it and resolve it. Except when u get older samscaric emotions turn to disease, even though I may have spent decades helping others on a deep level, not knowing those buried emotions were, in part, catalyst for it. The more clarity the better. It gets real after 70. Thanks for your comment and concern. You're right. It's how u look at it. Take care. Love and Light. I think the worse for me is sometimes getting mistaken for a "superficial" new ager. That couldn't be further from truth, I hope. Actually, right wing Christians use that to ridicule and not take seriously anyone who dares to go beyond main stream religion and into spirituality without the dogma. I have Pluto in Leo and glad to be alive to see some positive change come. Humanity is reaching a higher plane! I agree men are changing and getting it, as evident with this new election. We'll either lose democracy to project 2025 or embrace equality and freedom as humans, able to deprogram and learn to be our best self, not according to any dictatorial program. Thanks Timothy ❤ as you were speaking I was thinking of Melanie Klein and the paranoid schizoid stage in human development that a baby goes through. The baby can’t internalise both good and bad and so sees/splits the mother in two in order to keep the good mother or “good breast” as described, pure and to protect the delicate psyche. Ideally through good enough parenting we can begin to integrate good and bad but what you are talking about and what I’m seeing with the extremes of polarity of wanting to demonise or idolise people is a collective paranoid schizoid state of still learning to integrate light and shadow.

Im soooo tired at the moment from standing up for things and feeling alone in my views. Last month was emotional for sure. I have mars in cancer and have had to learn to express my snger straight away, instead of burying it. I used hold it in and let it stew, leading to passive aggressiveness, which made me quite ill. Although, depending on your circumstances and how many times you are made to feel angry, that can be exhausting too.

In one of the books I'm reading by lilyWomble (notice that name) i don't think the author meant to send me into a paralyzingRelapse but she did for all of July! But iMade it out alive after journaling alot & uncovering shadows iWas blind to. Anyways when iWas finally ready to read again eye found this great metaphor that might help people w/their automatic intrusive thoughts(ANT's go marching) When u buy a gym membership you don't start out lifting 200lbs w/your body. That's the same for your brain. When you look for patterns to your shadows you can't just say your favorite mantra & all the sudden it's the truth for you. You HAFTA practice daily until it feels _more True_ by putting the phrase "it might be possible that _fillintheblankfar off truth that you don't quite feel comfortable Being yet" For example "it might be possible that if I'm too much for a person then they aren't enough for me" & then one day you'll be looking at that beautiful soul in the mirror & you'll say that favorite mantra & your brain will say "uh duh i know!" & it will finally be true.. i hope that helps even just 1 person.
