Yes, it made me think of my partner and my dad whom, i believe sent my partner my way from the beyond. I’m a 12th house person and met my partner (who has two of the same placements as my dad in his big three) three months after my dad passed away last year. We both have Libra Rising and sun-moon conjunctions that go both ways. We’re more traditional than modern(because cancer and virgo are the involved signs, we both have strong Mercury, Moon and Saturn influences in our charts) We have strong contacts to the north nodes, 10th and 12th houses as well. I started my manifesting practices about him, about a year before I met my partner. We’re going really strong! 🥰🥳💕🌈

The ascendant is not true at all. It is not superficial, it is not your first impression. It is your life path, your identity and so much more. And if you look deeper majority of people who are married/ in couple/ or just deep friendship 9/10 you touch each other’s ascendant with your inner planet. It is not superficial at all. I wasn't degrading the significance of the Ascendant in this video. It is highly important, yes. I simply stated that in comparison to some of the other aspects mentioned, it MAY signify a lighter connection depending on other aspects in the synastry chart. I wouldnt have included it in this video if I thought the Ascendant was just a superficial placement that can be brushed off.

I believe you. Looking at the ascendants of celebrity charts and their compatibility synatries with their public partners you can see that either the ascendant is the same as one of the the partner's inner planet's signs or is compatible with one of the partner's inner planet's signs (for example the partner's moon, sun, venus or mars sign) or VICE VERSA! I've also observed thru my daily interactions with friends, family or companies is that their sun & moon is their inner selves but that's largely shaped by, colored by & expressed in a way that's of their ascendant sign so for example my husband's a Gemini sun Virgo moon & cancer rising and he behaves more than anything else as a cancer. He's introverted & moody, homebody & loves to cook, wants to be a music artist & self protective (strong cancer traits) but he's helpful & sociable, tricky & clever & good at fixing gadgets with his hands (Gemini traits) and he's also realistic & grounded in his perspectives & very materialistic in his motivation for relationship & life. While I'm an Aries sun, Leo moon & Gemini rising. I don't know if we're incompatible for relationship, love, sex & marriagebut I understand him & we enjoy sex together. He needs me to help take care of him & I love his companionship.

The importance of the Ascendant over a person's personality is also very dependent on how the rest of the chart connects to the Ascendant. For example, I have a Gemini Rising and Gemini moon, while my moon is also in my first house. This makes Mercury & Gemini very prominent in my chart and will strongly affect who I tend to gravitate towards in my relationships, whether platonic or romantic.

I agree, the ascendent / descendent is the deepest, your inner depth and what you’re striving for and deepest dreams of the other half, your life path. I’m afraid that ppl and many astrologers indulge the audience with the sexual chemistry/ Mars and other such combinations. There is so little out there about the Descendent in relation to the rest of one’s birth chart…it’s so frustrating.

Absolutely! I saw someone say once that Venus to Asc is superficial and i was like wow so untrue. Its pretty common to see astrologers associate asc with how ppl see you. Theyll mention that it’s important because its an angle but i dont hear western astrologers talk about It’s association to your life path only that its how others see you. So i agree with you.

I had a shock meeting with a medic while in an ambulance. I noticed only after while in the ER, he waited and watched ..... He was STARING frozen into my eyes. I felt a beam of energy then of course later, my curiosity rose etc etc... I found out his birthdate and location (no time). Immediately I saw his juno and Psyche exact to my south node and opposite my eros and NN in my seventh house. A big grand trine involving multiple planets as well as 14 double whammys many of which had the same aspect by similar degrees of applying and separating. He is NOT available so of course its been an insane jolt of pain in my patterns and working deeply with myself physically emotionally mentally and spiritually.

Challenging aspects aren’t good for lasting relationships. For ultimate compatibility Sun, moon, Mercury, mars, venus and rising must be from the same element group with harmonious aspects to be compatible. Although, this may be okay for short term dating relationships.

challenging aspects are GREAT for lasting relationships. they encourage growth and improvement and in the best case healthy conflict that you grow from. completely harmonious synastry can become extremely boring and mundane and can allow you to become quite lazy and complacent

My Venus conjuncts my partner's Mars exactly, her Vertex conjuncts my Moon, my Vertex conjuncts her Venus exactly and her Sun, we have IC/DSC conjunction, my Moon Venus and SN fall in her 7H, Her Venus and Sun fall in my 8H. Im 34 and ive noticed that ive had a lot of friendships with Aries and Libras because im a Libra ascendant but i dont really care for them because Libras can be fake af and Aries are very selfish but they are good to have fun with and party. Also ive had Geminis as friends but they cant be trusted what so ever cause they will eventually screw you over in some way from my experience. My close relationships have usually been with Taurus because i can be emotionally vulnerable with them as well as Scorpios too and thats surprising with me being an Aquarius. Its like they understand how i feel even if they haven't been through the situation because those 2 signs go through tourturos emotions just like i do. I don’t know how to interpret synastry very well. What do you think of: same sun signs, same venus sign and conjunct, his moon is in the same sign of my asc and my moon is in the same sign of his ascendant. asc conjunct south node, vertex conjunct Saturn and square venus, pluto square sun, conjunct north node, trine mars, and square moon. And I'm so glad you found my words insightful :) I get weary about diving into synastry publicly because people tend to feed a lot of desperation into this branch of astrology. But I always wanted to teach astrology as something transformative not just for ourselves but transformative for our relationships with others. It's a brilliant way to better understand how we connect & relate to each other so synastry fascinates me in that regard. Family is definitely a touchy subject in terms of navigating our relationships and what the "right" way is but family or not, if you arent aligned then you arent aligned. The fact that someone is family doesn't obligate us to feed energy somewhere that only takes away from us. The idea of obligation to family simply because they're family is a toxic & self-sacrificial narrative. On the other hand, I do believe in TRYING to cultivate a good relationship with someone you care about as long as it isn't purely self-sacrificial or purely because they're family.

I actually met a man not to long ago who's vertex was in my 7th house but it was definitely not a soul mate or love connection it was a hot mess. We were not even physically compatible. So, he came from a family of hereditary practioners ( LHP). We had discussed working together including sex magick. Our age gap was about 20 years difference. I am in my 50's and he is in his 30's. So right there it was not ideal. The baggage he had was significant. A lot of alcohol and chain smoking. Top that off with the kiss of death for me ( black hair/blue eyes). Just a skinny, tattooed , insane type. The good thing is, I saw this all for what it was and ran like hell. It was not worth it. I door slammed him so fast that he had no clue what hit him. If he is reading this I want to tell him check out your 5th house and first house fool. That moon of yours is like an open sore. I don't drink from anyone who has that much unprotected sex or who's bloodstream reminds me of Love Canal (who knows what is dumped in it).

Ok here are my top 5 with someone I just admire we aren’t even dating yet but I know we will be very soon. I think 1 is the most intense: 1. Mars conj Mars in Capricorn (I’m a Capricorn stellium so having my Mars here alone is a dominant placement in a female chart. 2. Moon conjunct Rising. He’s the moon 3. His Venus & Jupiter conjunct my Moon in my 7th house 4. His Mercury conjunct my sun in Aqua 5. His Saturn conjunct my entire stellium Negative Aspects: 1. His Pluto square my sun but that goes for everyone born in my generation. 2. His moon square my stellium in Cap. I don’t know if that’s negative because it doesn’t matter who I meet this stellium will always square a personal planet of someone else’s so the irony is that astrology isn’t about “synastry”. It’s about learning how your going to work with the energy whether positive or negative and in my case there will always be squares. Thanks for your video! ❤

Both of your sun and moon signs are probably conjunct the other's sun and moon 👀 if that's the case then you two have double the sun/moon energy I spoke about. Probably a lot of mutual understandings & feeling extremely comfortable expressing your true selves with each other ✨ There just might be some challenges around being a bit too similar or around dominance in the relationship. That's a very surface level interpretation though!

Especially with you two having the same signs for your sun and moons, it can be a case where perhaps you're a bit TOO similar and both of your egos & emotions are in competition rather than balancing the other. But you're probably right, there was probably a lot you were meant to learn from that! Which is the beautiful side of it all. I recently asked my gym crush out for a coffee as I felt a massive magnetic 🧲 attraction for her but she said…”I’m sorry I have a boyfriend” which bearing in mind I am probably at least 20 years older than her, (even though I’m told I look a lot younger) so I didn’t have a problem with it but now she totally ignores me turns her head if we pass almost to the point of being rude! I mean flaming hell I know she has a boyfriend but is there’s a chance that much of a problem to nod your head and be civil?
