Wow, such a goosebumps moment for me when Ari shared that evolutionary astrology was passed down from Sri Yukteshwar. I was raised in Sunday school learning about Yogananda and Sri Yukteshwar in a family deeply devoted to Yogananda’s teachings. And as my 2nd nodal return approached early this year as I was coming out of a very dark time, I found myself strongly drawn to astrology, and specifically evolutionary astrology, and I had no idea of its origins. I am from South Africa where the earliest form of human species started out as Austrolapethicus. I believe we were those Homonins in ancient times - taking millions of years to evolve into Homo Sapiens - constantly working on improving our life forms and lives. Perhaps life is much easier today....in spite of cultural differences, war, poverty and all the usual modern-day afflictions. Evolution continues - if not in the physical body, definitely on the mental/soul level.

Human evolution is but concept and perception mirrored through the limited lenses of science along with our human created belief systems. The earliest form of human species took place all over the planet, this is something still to be discovered and understood. We did not evolve from one race to another. The different races were created simultaneously not just to adapt to the different planetary conditions but also for the purpose of contrast, or diversity. With time, as we adapted to our physical form and surrounding conditions, we, in consciousness, would alter our physical appearance accordingly, and we continue to do so. Btw, the first human form was a translucent form......something like a ghost. As we adapted, we became more solid in form. The chimps did not look like us. They were actually our pt companions. There is much more to what i'm saying here. :) Btw, even spiritual evolution is belief. We're all already whole within ourselves. We're not here to learn anything we do not already know. We are simply exploring what already is, looking at what already is from different perspectives. This, however, does not mean that we're here to learn anything, or that we are evolving from or to something that we are not already. All already is. :)

Great podcast, and great spiritual aspect of evolutionary astrology. I totally aligned with what he said today. A breath of fresh air to our spirits. I have been tired and burned out by all the fatalism and doomerism in astrology these days, like the universe is angry at itself and total chaos, just hell. However, this today fully resonates with me, there is purpose and yes, it is evolutionary. The physical world shows that, and even mundane things like technology keep evolving, like the 1945 telecommunications is very different from what it is today, it has evolved. I believe that the same applies to our spiritual or greater selves. This is the astrology I can take and put to practice to make this world a better place, to lessen the burdens of suffering around me and make a difference instead of rolling oneself in fatalism waiting to die. Fascinating - I & my generation were born with Pluto in Virgo (at 16" in my 9th House - philosophy & learning & travel). 🙏🏻 with Uranus in Virgo at 16" in 9th. My SN is 26" of Scorpio ruled by Pluto in my 11th House, with Neptune in Scorpio at 21" in 11th Hse. My 2nd Hse has Venus in Aquarius (ruled by Uranus) & currently transiting Pluto in Capricorn in 2nd Hse. So all feels very synchronistic. Interesting learning & observations of the collective. This was extremely helpful for me. My house placements are almost the same as Tesla. Obviously, planets are different, but wow! I have had a past life dream many years ago before I knew anything about reincarnation as a young female mother. After many years later found my past life as a Pilot who was killed in Pearl Harbor and learning Astrology it fits in perfectly with my natal chart in this lifetime. I have Pluto 12th House trine my fourth house Mercury. My Pluto is in opposition to 21 degree Aquarius, 28 degrees Aquarius. I recalled many details and with the internet my youngest son found who I was. I had seen Edgar Cayce youngest son in the 90’s who told me that indeed I died as a pilot. This current life I was raised strict Catholic so I had no preconceived knowledge of any thing related from this lifetime. I know my life was cut short and did not want to come back as a man who would have to go to war. Synchronicity alerts are popping off like 4th of July in a red state these days in my life. Hi there, how about that a video with this subject matter meets me a couple of decades since I lost my Greene books and what do you know but the most recent full Moon had Sun on my first house (in whole sign houses, the system I like best) Pluto with Moon on the midpoint. It occurs to me that Pluto being in my first, along with Vesta and Uranus of course everything under the hood is then going to activate a life that's far from normal compared to the surrounding society, even siblings. The short list is then Venus stationed retro in Aquarius with Jupiter nearby emphasizes my 5th house and my high skilled musical tastes. Sun eclipsed by the Moon as the new Moon before my birth and then night born with Sun power in my birthplace just rising from the bottom and the Moon gibbous and high in Gemini ruling a retro Saturn on zero Cancer and then Eris and Chiron squared my Sun all ganging up to ensure I couldn't enter adulthood until my Chiron return really. Too many phase shifts to keep any one job or way of life going for more than a year or three all my life, even as a kid living in the same house things shifted drastically on a regular basis.

In my experience/understanding - we often have been MANY different things relative to one another in past lives. The natal charts will not say "you were this and that" but rather speak to the archetypal dynamics that have been at play and are carried forth from life to life. Between two people it might be that these dynamics played out via an intimate relationship, or through being siblings etc. But there's no way to concretely know just by looking at 2 charts alone. Working with a composite chart (midpoint of both charts) will reveal more specific context, but even then we can only KNOW what we know in terms of specifics, and this requires actual perception of past lives.

No two birth charts are identical, not even twins'. Every second that ticks changes the birth chart. I'm a mother of twins, and my one twin has a Yod, while the other doesn't, simply because of the minutes that passed between the two births. Their ascendant degrees are ruled by different planets too. Each chart is as unique as every person who carries it, it's erroneous to think otherwise.

Teaches me too to be more mindful of seemingly innocent and random examples that relate to things I don't actually understand. I know nothing about Samurais or Japan and I recognize that little slip up can feel alienating, and even oppressive to a lot of folks. Every single culture on this planet teaches that theirs is the best and dominates (or should dominate) all the others. The US is no different so that sentence doesn’t apply. Everything else you said I appreciate & I have a feeling you’ll not make this mistake about samurai again haha. Further, I’ll encourage you to DO some research on the topic, it would be fun for you! It’s fascinating the cultural significance that samurai hold for Japan to this day and learning about how they lived their lives with peaceful Buddhism & were calligraphy experts, but also used deadly force with bows & arrows, nagatas & katanas. There were also female samurai who fought on the battlefield along with the men! The Shogunate is a channel I’d recommend 👍
