I like to think the naming 13 is because of the context of the quotes in the background describing something creepy Also given the generally menacing and somewhat disturbing effects in this song and also the number 13 which is affiliated with bad luck or even straight up evil, makes sense when I look at it that way

The album that this is from is called 'Apollo', and Apollo 13 was an attempted moon landing that suffered an oxygen tank faliure. The crew ended repairing it (in space mind you) and slinging back down to earth, with all crew surviving. Given that the artist is called 'Astronaut', i think it's more likely.
