Changing the speed mode primarily changes the ADC depth, at least with ZWO cameras. Here, high speed usually means 10 bit, low speed means 12 bit with most planetary cameras, except with the ASI178 cameras which use 14 bit.

My camera wont image in 8 bit in any decent way Please please please how the hell can you image with ANY colour camera the sun it will not work at all for me How did you get prominence AND flares
