Why can’t we make Tay Scott the 7th inning guy and B Abreu the 8th inning. And you rotate Hader and Pressly at the 9th inning guys. Pressly in 9th innings this year has tremendous numbers. He just hates the 8th inning. But man we can make this work guys…

I guess not enough arms to make Pressly just the 9th inning, but I can see him being the 6th, 7th, or 9th, but not 8th. There is enough evidence to avoid pitching him in the 8th.

@@jamesroberts1810 I do understand but Hader also came to chase a WS ring. I just think that there is potential room for both. Judging by how well Pressly does in the 9th and if Hader needs to avoid going too many nights in a row… could be a double headed monster once they fully get rolling.

8th inning and Pressly does not go together. Plenty of games now to see that Pressly should pitch any other inning but the 8th. I wouldn't mind him sharing the closer role with Hader but that is not realistic in my opinion but Stressly in the 8th should not happen, bring him early or the 9th and have Abreu start being the set-up guy.
