What makes Astrud the Queen of Bossa Nova is her experimental nature. She did things in the 60's that her imitators only emulate now. This is why Astrud is the Queen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hits the first note on key... elegant style... sensual without trying. A Sinatra like performance, although appearing at times uncomfortable... but after Jaoao and Getz... very understandable. Smooth... oh so smooth. Very good musicians... but when Astrud sings... her voice gets all the attention. Had I been there in 1964... I would have made her my Queen !.

Não é falar mal da pessoa da Astrid, mesmo porque não tive contato algum com ela e sim com sua musica... é criticar o trabalho para que ele seja sempre e cada vez melhor!!! Adoro musica brasileira de qualidade e você se engana quando diz que a qualidade musical de hoje em dia esta ruim... posso te apresentar muitos nomes que estão fazendo musica de excelência no Brasil, só que a grande midia não veicula, mas quem se importa com Faustão e companhia...
