actually the cadence "six" came from university of michigan, trickled down to florida a&m (where our founding director did his undergrad work) and somehow got to us. I dont know where exactly jsu is in there but the cadence damn sho did NOT start with y'all. Do you truly know the history of your band AND the history of HBCU bands? next time do research before u shame yourself and your section with silly ASSumptions
