I started watching your videos after being diagnosed with PTSD 5 years ago. At the time, you only had 3 or so videos on your channel and I had extreme night terrors. So extreme, I’d think I’d rather d!e than go to sleep, I fought it to the point of passing out from exhaustion only to wake up screaming, but then… I found your videos. They were a miracle and would gently lull me into peaceful sleep. Today I woke up late, lazily from the sun warming up the sheets (it’s winter in Brazil, you see) and saw you posted after some time. Usually, I prefer the videos with no music, I like hearing the sound of water, of rock and of soil. Strangely today, the music made me emotional, so I quietly cried, from pain and happiness. I have no problems sleeping anymore, and life seems as beautiful as your works. So I wanted to thank you for giving me comfort, I hope I can continue to see your work for a long time going forward and that your life is full of joy.

I'm glad to have read your wonderful recovery. It might have been achieved in a slow, gradual pace but still, it's a joy to have known how some videos of content creators could influence and do miracles to others❤. If you're open for another suggestion, you might also find the same effect on a Chinese Nature Blogger, Li Ziqi. Just search that name and you'll be amazed how most of her work/content were copied and influenced by a lot of people now all over the world💙.
