hey Im super late to this but I came back to watch this after you basically praised it in every other pizzafest vod, so I had to check it out ...it was great! This was basically hype the entire way through and Im glad I got to see this game since Ive never heard of it before and honestly never would have watched it if you didnt praise it in every vod after this, so thanks. This is definitely an amazing anime with gameplay elements thrown in Dont know how much anime you watch but you might like Gurren Lagann, it has a similar level of hype and absurdity and just figured Id throw that out there

I feel like DP forgot most of the mechanics immediately after the Tutorial but also didn't realize some of the mechanics he has like using his Dash or A Recovery for tutorial stuff AND the fact you can shoot in the air. (Also he has Old Man reaction speed haha)

I'm just starting this vod, and the recording quality is great! I'm guessing this was emulated and thank goodness for that, or at least played on better equipment than release, because the PS3 and Xbox 360 just did not do this game justice. Does he increase the volume I hope? It's sooo quiet. Looking forward to seeing you experience pain, loss, and wrath on a level unknowable.

I remember playing this with my best friend. We expected a god of war type game. What we got is a dumb anime that made us laugh for hours and hours.

tbf, asura and god of war are kinda in the same category. I played through every god of war game and had me lauging for how stupid everyone is XD.

The real question of this game: If Yasha's a robot, then how tf does he have a sister, or how's the sister not a robot, too?

Yasha and the rest of the Guardian Generals aren't robots. They're all humans with cybernetic enhancements that give them godly powers and longevity. Durga is Yasha's sister but seemingly only the Guardian Generals have undergone the procedure - plus Durga isn't even involved in the war against the Gohma, so there probably wasn't a need even if she was given the opportunity
