hey brother thanks for this video lol i live in a country with a very bad economy so i’m doomed to use this computer for at least two more years (i think its already been like 8 years? 💀💀) and i found your video to be useful. i didn’t start cleaning yet but i’ll do it this week and probably add an aditional 4 gigs of ram though i’m not sure how useful that will be. i’ll switch to linux too to make the pc overall faster so i think i’ll be fine after completely cleaning it, replacing the paste and making the ram 12 gigabytes. i’ll probably use some debloaters too if i decide against switching to linux
@Chichinjo2 жыл бұрын
You welcome 🤗 yap, more ram is always good, don't know if you have put SSD in it, that is also a good option. Linux is great, depends on needs, but it will still run win10 without problems.

@@Chichinjo i have a 1 tb external drive connected so i think the problem is more about the computer just being dusty 😅 my brother apparently used vaseline on it as a temporary solution then somehow managed to break the screen (it doesn’t stand still now so i taped it to my desk lmao, the screen works fine though just keeps falling), also the battery seemed very weird so i guess my parents went to some shady place to get it fixed while i was gone and the guy replaced the battery with a cheap one that was inflated so much that it looked like it was going to explode lmao. i might add an ssd too if cleaning and +4 gigs of ram isn’t enough though, thanks brother i appreciate your help and the tutorial video

Hey bro..I have a asus x555lab which uses core i3-5020U...I'm think of buying a better same motherboard which uses core i5 or i7...do you think it will be compatible because all the ports is the same ?thank you for answering
@Chichinjo Жыл бұрын
OK, I checked it quickly, only difference I found is that if you're changing motherboard, you will also need to change heatsink because of the second gpu. I have also checked, sellers saying that it is compatible with that model. So, don't forget to buy heatsink, otherwise you will end up with burned GPU. 😉
@contagiousdoge3054 Жыл бұрын
@@Chichinjo so I will have to change my old heat sink? But the other heat sink is similar to my old one thanks for the reply I appreciated
@Chichinjo Жыл бұрын
Well as I saw, motherboard with i3 cpu doesn't have second gpu, so yeah. You can also contact me on IG, so I can show you differences. IG is chichinjo_off. 😉

Check if you have properly pluged flat cable. Also check the flat cable if it have some demage on the ends. On flat cable one side will be marked as "mb", that side goes on mobo, and pins on flat cable should be faced down.
