My preference is for Asrock boards, but for this generation and the previous X670e, Asrock's screwed up by not including enough PCIe slots, nor 10G ethernet. I went with MSI for the first time in my life for a x670e build, but never again -- buggy, no ECC support, extremely gimped BIOS. It doesn't even boot headless -- needs a dummy HDMI plug to boot up! This x870e Asus has more PCIe slots than others and has 10G ethernet + 2.5G ethernet, so switching out the awful MSI for it as soon as it's released.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Doesn't have that extra 6 pin power socket for running 2 GPUs with stability? SAD, not pro. Ironically they have the extra socket on the Hero and gamers don't even run 2 GPUs, for pointless overclocking?
