Ally X more than enought for my gaming liking. And max I want also at 60fps, no need 120fps for AAA games. Just need more efficiency, that's all. Hopefully Z2 Extreme inside Ally 2 can give that efficiency

After seeing this comparing to a steam deck oled, its hard to choose the steam deck over this. The ally X performs very well and with the VRR display, it makes games look and run so much smoother even at 30 fps. Would this be worth buying over the steam deck OLED? The white OLED launches monday and i have mixed feelings for both. Thoughts?

i will go for rog ally x.. if you planning to play alot of high demanding games.. the only time i use my steam deck oled was if i like to play emulators or Indie or lower demand graphics game no one can beat the comfortability of steam deck and screen they are top notch for me..

i only use my microsd for emulation games and indie games.. inever put triple A games or high demanding games on it.. i feel it will be slot or it will be broken or something.. but other people use it for triple A with high quality sd they say it works but. not for me i guess. but the sd works fine now no overheating issue or something like the previous ally

You need to turn off vsync and set it on fullscreen. Then dont use the built in overlay of amoury crate use the overlay of adrenaline software

afmf was turn on thats why the fps was high. afmf double your fps.. but even i dont have it i run gta5 on 80 fps+ on high settings.. usually an outdated armoury crate and myasus makes your run games slower.. have you update all that?
