i've had this laptop for over 2 years now mainly for gaming. and i can't complain at all. bought the i7 RTX 3060 variant to use mosly for gaming. and the experience is fantasic. most of my games run on Ultra or High with mosly 100+ fps. for reference I play games like RDR2, GTA, F1 ect. the thermals are good, at most it reaches somthing like 67 degrees celcius. and the fans don't make to much noise. overall great laptop that i could reccomend to everyone :)

Hey I’m getting a the same laptop but it’s a rtx 3070 with a i7 32 gigs ram with 1tb storage ssd and i think 1tb hard drive I only plan on playing games like fn roblox ark ow and sometime valorant do you think the system can handle it?

@@zephy3792 more than easy. My overwatch is graphics wise fully maxed out and i'm getting roughly 140 fps

A year ago, I snagged this ASUS laptop on an Amazon deal for $900, and I can confidently say it has been the best investment I've made. A robust machine that handles everything, from design programs and content creation to, of course, gaming. I love how lightweight it is, only 2 kilograms, despite being a gaming laptop, and how slim its design is. The only thing I occasionally notice, which is normal for a gaming laptop, is the temperature it can reach during gaming. In my case, living in a tropical zone like Costa Rica, it consistently hovers around 93, 95, or 98 degrees Celsius, depending on the game. So, my recommendation would be, if you're thinking of buying it, have a cooling pad on hand or use it in a room with air conditioning. Now, for those in colder areas, you wouldn't likely have major temperature issues. Another recommendation is, if you opt for the 16GB RAM version and plan to use it for both work and gaming, it's advisable to add another 16GB to reach the ASUS-recommended maximum of 32GB RAM. The battery, with settings configured through Harmony Create, can give you a good number of hours for basic tasks This equipment is 100% recommended

I don’t do much gaming on laptops. If so, just very little. Just needed a new laptop and something powerful. I have the 12th gen eight core version, with the RTX 3050. Bought it on clearance for only $599 at Walmart which I think is a steal.

Can i buy a second handed 'asus tuf dash f15' (i5 11300h, 6gb rtx 3060) for 550$(2 years old and in good condition from my friend) or should i go with the new 'acer aspire 7'( i5 1240p with gtx 1650) for 670$. I mostly do programming and designing and will only play games occasionally. Since money is a concern for me, can i go with asus tuf (which has a bottleneck cpu due to its 4 core 11300h) so i can save like 100 bucks or should i go for the latter which has the new 12th gen processor with a decent 4gb gtx 1650 ? Is a 2 year old laptop good enough for future use? Pls reply. Thanks in advance!
