Hi, I am gonna attempt to do this after 2 years of total negligence... but i have 2 left hands and no idea what i am doing. so thank you so much for the walk through first of all. i have a question, you mentioned that there is thermal paste, and thermal...pads? would it be okay to replace those pads with a drop of thermal paste ? Also... my right fan (under the cooling rips) is making dying noises,... if i have to open the fan up to clean it, you have any suggestions that might help ? it sounds like an imbalance or deformed fin, rather than dust. thanks for any help!
@rickstechrepairs3 жыл бұрын
Hi, i would usually suggest to replace pads with pads, as there isn't normally a dead smooth contact, thus to fill the gap you use a pad. If the fan is making noise most of the time its a dying fan(bearings failing)
