Your CPU could be thermal throttling check your temps, also make sure you have enough RAM like 16GB and above to run games smoothly , also make sure to not ever go above the VRAM limits (above 4GB for the RTX 3050 laptop) or you'll experience stuttering and sometimes you can't even run the game at all. Also check if your drivers and windows updates and make sure everything is up to date

thats just the avg cpu temp of all tuf gaming laptop brother and if temps were to hit 100 degrees then one must feel concern
