I had a terrible experience with a Dell laptop: Bought an Inspiron series laptop in 2018 with an i3-6006u chip for study purposes. In 2019, motherboard got damaged, replaced under warranty. In 2019 October, faced battery issues, battery was replaced. In 2020, laptop became slow, advised to add a SATA SSD for performance improvement, but no significant change. In 2021, battery problem recurred, replaced again. In 2022, faced automatic restart issue with loud noise from keyboard. Eventually sold the Dell laptop in June 2023 and switched to an HP Victus laptop, experiencing smooth performance. Dell? Never again. HP and Asus are the way to go for laptops.

Bro sorry to say But dell in terms of gaming laptop's will provide longterm and best performance with no issues it might be the defective model you have purchased but dells service and Gaming laptop quality is good and it can last upto 7 years and above . And I am goona purchase G15 for sure !!

I have 2 options according to my needs. On one hand, I have Asus Tuf F15, core i5 12500H, NVIDIA RTX 3050 4 GB, RAM 16 GB DDR4, 15.6 144 Hz along with a Backpack and a mouse for 749 Pounds sterling. On the other hand, I have a Dell G15, core i5 13450HX, NVIDIA 3050 6GB, RAM 16 GB DDR5, 15.6 120Hz for 719 Pounds sterling with 4 zone RGB keyboard. The issue is with refresh rate and battery size which are inclining towards TUF and DDR5 RAM and 6GB graphic card inclining towards Dell. Now, I am confused between these kindly suggest the best option.
