I really envy all of you that are naturally gifted at math. I can’t do math to save my life, everything else I am ok at. I have had so much trouble with this test first time I took it in my 20s got a 28 bellow 31 I needed to get in for infantry. Took it again got lowered now I recently in my 30s took it got 30 still low i am still struggling with math. I wish KZbin was around back in 2003 when I graduated all these tips would’ve helped. I was to embarrassed to ask for help and I regret that because I’m still struggling, but now I’m asking for help and don’t care what people think.

Good you are getting after it. Math isn't about some gene, you can be good at math by putting in the work. Go back and watch my series of foundations of math. You can do it, keep working and go back and fill on the holes you missed.

Took the PICAT got a 55 went to Meps it rolled me over to the Asvab and I got a 21. I now have a month to get my score up to a 31 for the Army . I have to do well on the math and it’s simple but complex. Your video have helped a lot with understanding how to break them down mentally! Do more please!

Omg they literally reset my score yesterday. Month ago my score was 22. I did the test again yesterday and my score was 47. Then he reset it and said that I was cheating. So I have to do it again!!! I’m so pissed

I didn’t understand how you got the Answers for most of the Questions how do you just use process of Elimination without working the problem out? I certainly am not the best at math I got a 21 on the ASVAB and I want to be Military Police for the Navy but I need Math mostly to get there. What are your suggestions?

If you take the multiple choice answer and plug it in, if it doesn't work you rule it out

For number 8, I got confused on where you said that you would need .12 to make a profit, could you elaborate more on that part?

They sell the card for 30 cents, they cost 18 cents, 30-18 gives you the 12 cents per card profit. They have to pay off the $6000 dollars with the .12 per card after that they are making a profit of .12 per card

Thank you much much I’ve taken the pre test maybe 4 times and got under 30.. my recruiter wants me to at least get a 45 so I can have good job opportunities I took the pi cat got a 34 I believe, I take the Asvab at the end of the month! Your videos have really helped I’ve been looking at all types of material even studying out of two different books and I just couldn’t retain the information ur videos really help me understand and remember certain aspects thank you so much! Hopefully I’ll do good on the Asvab ! I do have one question ! For number 8 how did you get the .12 cent ?
