Have them both, like them both. Very similar pens as you very well explain. I prefer a cartridge converter just for easy maintenance, but in this case I like the Asvine better. Great review

Thanks for watching. Have you experienced any difficulties with capping the M800?

I was looking for a similar video a few days ago, but there didn't find a direct comparison, so i snagged the P20 Amber F. I guess you cannot go wrong with any of them, tho i heard the asvine nibs are more consistently good than the moonman ones. Both are stunners.

Were it not for the cross threading on the Majohn I would have a better impression of it, and I do like Majohn pens for the most part. However, I'm finding that Asvine simply has a step-up on quality from the other Chinese pens, and really give the Japanese and European pen makers a run for their money. That said, I wonder what the cost of these pens would be if the Chinese government wasn't underwriting a lot of their costs, at least that's what I've heard is happening.

The thing that bothers me with the Asvine P20, is that the resin of the parts was not lined up when making the threads. On (far more expensive!) Italian pens, you can see that the makers actually lined up the cap, body, and blind cap when creating the screw threads, so that they match when the pen is closed. Of course ... I also understand that you can only expect so much at the Asvine's price point.
