Liz, question on #10. Since client is disconnected from their sense of self (daydreaming of being an athlete despite parent's wishes), how is it derealization? Client doesn't seem detached from their surroundings, seems more disconnect of self.

She tookherself into a different environment... she was not out of body looking on she was in herself but in a different environment. hope this helps
