Hi Ray! If a therapist receives a subpoena to send client records ( not appear in court) and there are two choices-- one is obtain legal counsel and the other is claim privilege, which would be correct? I know it would be obtain legal counsel for appearing in court but wasn't sure if it would be the same if it were offering records. Thanks!

Another thing to consider in the LGBTQ question was, was there any indication of the question that there might be a safety concern besides strict religious background. That was something that I asked myself and it helped me determine the correct answer.

Hi Ray. This is a bit off topic from the content in this video, but I have a question. I'm looking into purchasing the Dawn Apgar Masters exam book. I see they just came out with a fourth edition January 5th 2024. I'm wondering do I need to get the third or fourth edition?
