DEL's announcement was very good, construction is on target for their projects. LT hold for me I'll probably give it 3 yrs, it's probably going to take 12-18 mths before we see some real revenue coming in from the plants.

I’m surprised at your reaction to RUL. After a pull back from all time highs that retreats until it’s sitting just on top of the previous all time high.. the only way it could get more bullish was if it were breaking into all time highs.. ..anything above $2.75 is a strong buy in my humble opinion.. I thought you said you would avoid in investing Chinese stocks. Would you not count ezz to be a Chinese stock? The CEO is Chinese and they mainly target Chinese tourists. I did see it's over priced products under centre point tower at the most touristy location
