I had a Maruti 800 AC. Used it for 13 years and 2,00,000 Kms. Never had any issue of milage or pickup. And they are talking of doing carbonizing after 30,000 kms. Unnecessary additional maintenance cost. Another point: The machine pipe is inserted in the intake pipe before filter. So during the process, the engine sucks in unfiltered air for 30 mins.
