Great to see you cooking in your vids. Chicken Adobo would have vinegar and the soy sauce used for that dish is salty, while the Ayam masak kicap would use more spices and flavours and the soy sauce is sweet. Adobo uses bay leaves for the aroma while the Kicap uses star anise. More vids please!
