This is lovely! It's so nice to see a FRESH flower arrangement- especially at this time of the year when they are so abundant! 🌹 And I do believe that is Polkweed- invasive- may even be posioness. I would Google it. Also there are several plant apps that if you take a picture of it, the app will tell you what it is.

Those Grapes as you call it look like Polk berries to me, they grow on a stalk and when they rippin up they turn purple but they are not edible. You can only eat the Polk leaves in early spring. Hence the Elvis Presley song Polk Salad Annie.
