No need to point fingers. If you must, negligence and rudeness of doctors are no better and so does lab.tech or radiographer or opthal or ward attendants or even security guards. In healthcare, when one neglects and couldn't maintain professionalism, it's the patient who will suffer more. As a practitioner, you know what to choose first- a team. So don't only point at the nurses coz they're part of the team you are part of. To pursue the medical profession is a calling. The sad truth is that too many goes for career opportunities. Humanitarian service & noble commitment become secondary, eg, me😅

I didn't really appreciate nurses before but when my father in law stayed at Eden hospital for 3 months, the nurses in our wing were so good. They were too kind and always willing to help no matter what hour of the day or night it is. Nurses deserve much respect and love.

my daughter also, after passing-out her NBSE HSSLC in 2023 with a very good percentage, she joined Institute of Hotel Management(IHM), Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Guwahati Assam, doing her 3 years graduation, BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration. Nurses are The most underrated job ever,with the salary of under 10k(most of them)despite of doing both day n night duty, while the doctors charges more than 1k for the emergency patient at night even if its just for a minute,what about the nurses facing all the hardships all night long, yeah I get it they r more qualified and give prescription, but what abt the nurse with 8k-9k salary staying up whole night and not even getting incentives or appraisal or any kind of appreciation. Their salary must not be less than 15k-20k at the least.

Dear future generation please be kind. To the doctors out there if the patient is serious please treat him first , they won't run away with money. Instead of asking money first ,please make them well. Recently my grandpa broke his bone nearby his Butt and the doctor asked 2 lacs bt since we didn't have we couldn't take treatment. And we had to choose other option. Last time in one hospital my mom cut his hands so we went in emergency room instead of taking care of my mom wound they kept asking if we paid the money for emergency service. N there was a guy who met with incident, he didn't went for emergency service maybe because he didn't have money but he was bleeding real bad, none took care of him n asked him to wait though he was literally bleeding. Poor world.
