I'm guessing it's licensing why not one single note was played in this video?

we just did an interview with Andrew Klein of the ill fated Randy Rhoads doc, and he gave some great insight into Randy and the drama with the OSbounes. And yes, he agreed to do the live album as a way to get out of his contract and once the Diary tour was done he was done Question: Was Randy getting tired of the Osbourne circus and that was prompting his desire to go back to school and move on? Andrew Klein: By the time they were touring the UK in the summer of 1980, Randy was tired of the Osbourne circus. Sharon took over the management in August of 1980. Prior to that, her brother David Arden was the band’s manager. Bob, Lee, and several people close to Randy have said that everything changed when Sharon arrived; and not in a good way. By February 1982, the relationship between Randy and the Osbournes was strained. To say ’strained’ is being kind. Randy was moving on and there was nothing that could have convinced him to stay.
