Since Astra is Kara's aunt, that technically makes her Alex's adoptive aunt too since Kara and Alex are foster sisters. What I especially like about their relationship is that Astra was the first person who knew about Alex being gay even before Alex herself and how she ships Kara/Alex. It's too bad she didn't live to see Alex come out or Kara's relationship with Mon-El
