My question is " Does a charge undergoing acceleration within a gravitational field emit radiation? " I have been thinking about this situation for quite some time since my 11th grade and could not come up with any possible answer. I have also asked this to many physics teachers and professors but could not get a satisfactory response. According to classical electromagnetism, an accelerating charge emits electromagnetic radiation. However this scenario touches upon the intersection of two fundamental theories in physics-electromagnetism and general relativity.
@mihirmilind3755
@mihirmilind3755 10 ай бұрын
Theoretically , It will produce an EM waves. But as the acceleration is too less the formed EM wave will have very less energy. So its wavelength might be too large to detect. This is all classical mechanics though. Relativity is probably not required to answer this question if the object is sufficiently large (like a cricket ball). Newton's law of gravitation is only for medium size object. Higher physics has totally different understandings and formulas for gravitation.

Sir I have a double that speed of sound is higher in solid as compared to air ,now if 2 persons are sitting across a common wall of 2 different rooms they hear sound with less amplitude or even not hear sound why Actually they should hear larger sound
@jsaifi7402
@jsaifi7402 11 ай бұрын
Speed of sound is one thing and intensity of sound is other thing. When you talk facing a wall most of sound get reflected. The smalllllll portion which gets transmitted through the wall has small intensity (amplitude) but great speed.

Hello sir I am Aryan Gupta I am studying in class 9 I wanted to ask a question from physics from work energy chapter which is when we define energy it is define as ability or capacity to do work and when we define work like that Work is the transfer of energy by a force acting on an object as it is displaced. When I read this I think it is absturd How is energy and work is interlinked like that and why don't these definition can be studied separately. I think it is question of which is more basis force or energy. My humble request pls 🙏 explain this thing in deep or make a video on that Thank you Yours concept of physics book follower and your yt channel subscriber

Hello sir I am a class 10 student , I have a doubt in heating effects of current, While deriving the joules law of heating H=I2RT, how can we use Ohms law because the tempreture should be constant in Ohms law but heating increases the tempreture of the conductor.....
@avpphysics407
@avpphysics407 11 ай бұрын
This formula is valid only for Ohmiconductor i.e. it is applicable up to the same temperature. This formula is valid as long as the graph between voltage and current is a straight line, i.e. there is negligible or negligible variation with temperature.
@jsaifi7402
@jsaifi7402 11 ай бұрын
Take a pin keep it on gas flame its temperature will increase and will become red hot . Now if you put the pin continuously in flame its temperature will not increase at this stage the rate at which pin absorbs thermal energy becomes equal to rate at which it loses thermal energy . This is called steady state. Similarly if you switch on a heater after some time you will reach steady state where neither the temperature of coil nor its resistance will change. Actually this equation is for this condition. Similarly if you switch on a circuit the current Actually takes some time (of course small) to rise from zero to say 3A. Ie to reach steady state.

Sir if electric charge moving at uniform motion produce both magnetic and electric field around itself then why current carrying wire doesn't induce any electric field around itself ??? Plz answer sir😊😊😊😊
@jsaifi7402
@jsaifi7402 11 ай бұрын
A piece of wire is electrically neutral. Now if current is passing through it ,it is still neutral as in such case you imagine any small volume of the current carrying conductor now eg if 10 electrons enter this volume from behind then in same time 10 electrons will leave it from front. Hence there is no net loss or gain of electrons by this volume. So current flow does not make a conductor charged but it is still neutral . So one must be cautious while defining electric potential at a point in an electric circuit.

Sir I'm Abaneesh Mohapatra from odisha Rourkela of class 9 , I have a doubt In a concept of fluid mechanics I.e. A beaker is filled with water and a ice cube is partially floating in it and a coin is placed over it , after the ice melt, the water level decreases (why?) Thank you
@jsaifi7402
@jsaifi7402 11 ай бұрын
Great question. If ice cube if floating (without coin) the buoyant force is equal to weight of ice cube . Now if this ice cube melts and turns into water the level will not change because on melting of the whole ice cube we get only that much volume of water which was taken by submerged part of ice cube. But if coin is put on it now the water displaced is more than the water we will obtain after melting of the whole ice cube . So level of water will decrease.

HOW REFRACTIVE INDEX DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE?
@Farhan.Yousuf
@Farhan.Yousuf 10 ай бұрын
As the temperature increase, the intermolecular space increases and when the intermolecular space increases the density of the object decrease (e,g air,water) and we already know refractive index depends upon the density of that object so hence when the temperature changes refractive index changes

HOW REFRACTIVE INDEX DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE?
@jsaifi7402
@jsaifi7402 11 ай бұрын
If change in temperature brings change in density of a medium then the refractive index would change. If change in temperature does not show appreciable change in density the refractive index would not change. So it is actually the density factor which decides change in refractive index and not temperature. Usually increase in temperature of medium results in decrease in refractive index of medium. Suppose we increase temperature of water its density will reduce and light would travel faster hence refractive index will decrease.
