Can you play a few lines on the silver flute, and then on the baroque one, so that we can hear the difference? Have you tried yeast flakes on buttered popcorn? My kids loved it along with some fruit and toast and we'd have that for Sunday night supper while we sat and watched America's Funniest Videos on tv. I miss those times.

I'm the same as you with candles, I knew someone whose house burnt down on Christmas eve, they were lucky to get out alive , so it's always worried me since .

My tradies have all been trustworthy. If feasible I would try to arrange for someone to be there if you can’t be home but it should be okay. I am riveted by the process, I will be going through it all next year. Will stay at a hotel if my loo cannot be immediately replaced! 🤣. Thank you for the video!

I miss the Thornton’s shops, it’s such a shame they went mostly online because it’s so expensive on there. Supermarkets just have the boxes of chocs and not much else 🙁… you are brave giving the builders a key and leaving them I couldn’t, please lay it on how important t is with the power and fridge because they might just not get how important it is and think you are being finicky

Paused at 5:53 to say I love the idea of an advent box. I’m soon to have an 18 year old but when he was younger we had a Christmas Eve box similar so Christmas DVD, puzzle, fluffy socks and PJs hot chocolate etc etc... it would be nice to do something like this now he is older so I’d be interested to see what you find! It would be a nice tradition to start as an adult especially once he’s off to uni and left home... ❤
