girl!! you need to be nicer to yourself. a lot of the video is you not happy with your eyebrows, your skin tone, your hair, etc. you are stunning!! i wish you could see that. it's crazy what slapping some fake tan on and waxing your eyebrows can do for your confidence, but just remember you look equally as gorgeous without those things x

Very right, I do this constantly and I’m trying to stop as it’s not nice for others and most importantly not nice for me. Girl I think youve really gotta take a look at your self confidence, disordered eating and mental health - this is only coming from a place of love because I’ve suffered from an ED for the last decade and it is so so hard. But in the last year your self talk in your yt is so critical, it seems to be the only thing you ever talk about. Your diet, your skin, your body, the gym. All of it on the surface level seems ‘wellness centred’ but I think on a deeper level it’s really unhealthy and disordered. And sometimes it’s very subtle but I know the girlies that go through this notice, and it’s really hard to watch. I had to unfollow because it was really hard for my mental health and ED, but I do check in every now and then to see how you’re going because you’re still such a sweet and loving soul. But it’s really hard to watch you being so awful and unkind to yourself. It’s obviously good to be honest because fake positivity is not helpful, but I think this kind of level of criticism is really unhealthy for you, and for young girls to watch that look up to you so much. Lots of love girl I hope that you’re ok and you maybe get some more support with this because you deserve to talk about yourself like you’re an actual goddess 💕
