Hi guys! Hope you enjoyed the video. For those wanting to try the bodyweight workout, here are all the exercises: Warm up: Jumping jacks x 30 seconds High knees x 30 seconds Heel flicks x 30 seconds A skips x 30 seconds Squats x 10 reps Wide push ups x 10 reps Lunges x 10 reps (each leg) Regular push ups x 10 reps Split squats x 10 reps (each leg) Narrow push ups x 10 reps Side lunges x 10 reps Incline push ups x 10 reps Single leg RDL x 10 reps (each leg) Decline push ups x 10 reps Reverse lunge x 10 reps (each leg) Diving push ups x 10 reps Toe touches x 10 reps Heel touches x 10 reps (each side) Leg raises x 10 reps Shoulder touches x 10 reps (each side) Repeat 3x

I am doing 1000 touch workout part 2 for a couple of weeks The results were amazing. I recommend to do 1000 touch workout . Now my close control is amazing . Thank u so much 7mlc.
