Amazing video! Make sure when you do the chest press that your back isn’t in the air as it can harm your back. Back needs to be flat on the chair. Don’t want you getting an injury!💁🏼♀️x

Briony Johannah Thank you for your concern, babe! 💕 But having an arch in your back actually helps to stabilize your shoulders and increase leg drive and actually decreases risk of injury & is more safe than having your back flat on the bench bc when your back is flat on the bench, it allows your shoulders to internally rotate so that your shoulder tendons don’t get pinched. ☺️ But do whatever works for you!

I need to work on form with my lunges.. Also I wasn't great with timing and would have benefited from a time clock before each set started.

4 Simple exercices but efficient :) just don't know why when I do lunges, I sometimes have pains in my knees, maybe it's because I'm 6'3 tall, I don't know

Hak una Converse are 100% okay! For compound movements (squats, deadlifts, and bench press), you’ll want flat-soled shoes & for everything else, you can really wear whatever your personal preference is! 🙌🏼
