Betta fish deserve better. At Petco stores around the country, they're confined to tiny plastic cups with scarcely a couple of inches of water inside that are stacked on top of one another. Scores of customers have complained of finding dead, sick, and injured bettas floating in filthy water on the chain's store shelves. The way these animals are marketed in stores encourages shoppers to purchase them on a whim, often with no idea about their needs or how to meet them. By selling bettas, you're helping to keep the cruel trade in these fish alive and sentencing countless individuals to an unimaginably grim existence and often premature death. Petco doesn't sell dogs, cats, rabbits, or most large birds because the company knows that it's wrong to treat these sentient beings like commodities. Please do the right thing and stop selling betta fish, too.

1. Petco probably cares for its customer’s health 2.Why are you exempt? Being old isn’t an excuse you know, neither is “it’s harder to breath”, because we all know that, and we still do it to keep others safe. So please give a good reason other then “petsmart does not kick me out.” but man you have good music tho keep going in that regard

Marketing tool?? Because you can't have a dog that barks at Petco. Social Distance yourself of of a job..after another in person store and a business closes...like many stores in North Little Rock, Arkansas have done. Went right across the street to Petsmart and they had no problem with my mini schnauzer in their store.

But I wanted to ask I know it's a pet store and they should be only selling normal animals in there and normal species of animals there and we could buy more exotic animals online.but. I was asking if you could add more variety to the reptile section cause where I live they only have ball pythons, different types of geckos and chameleons and I think they. Would benefit with another type of snake there like maybe a bullsnake or a gardener snake since there awesome feeder and eat almost anything.

In my opinion online dog training cannot be very effective for one the trainer cannot exactly see the mistakes you are making. I'm sure they are doing this online training due to covid but there's nothing like being in person with a trainer. One day I stopped in Petco before covid hit to get my doberman pinscher a bag of food they had a training class going on so I says let me watch this for about 10 minutes the trainer wandered off in the store helping customers while all the people were sitting there with their dogs looking at the wall people pay money for dog training they do not want to watch you walk around helping customers in the store Petco just my opinion

Positive reinforcement...that is laughable....my mini schnauzer and I were told to go outside (36 Degrees) if my dog didn't stop barking at the North Little Rock, Arkansas store.
