yeah...I have been reading of stories of real grief/dolor from the pandemic.... I think everyone has a sense of loss right now....it is strange to be afraid to just go out to get food. thank you for expressing others concerns and trying to bring your own experience to help others....You two are great ....something special to look forward to at this moment. same as Luisana; we are praying for health care professionals and volunteers and store operators and staff for sure...bless you both to the moon and back as they say....xoxoxo from Ottawa again...♥♥♥🌷

Ssooooo true that we're all feeling a "collective grief" as you say. Couldn't have put it better myself. For me, it's grief from not being able to hang out with my friends; grief from not being able to see my dad or be near him physically, because he lives in a halls of residence for over sixties; grief from having to move away from my uni home and not know when I will ever be allowed to go back to collect the rest of my possessions...just in general, not knowing when this will all blow over adds to the grief I feel, because I had so many plans for end of this summer, along with my family. We were meant to move house but that's been put on hold now. It's my birthday in Summer and I had hoped to go for a nice meal out. I feel grief for all the deaths that have happened as a direct/indirect result of coronavirus. I think this will affect a lot more people in terms of their mental health than perhaps the government or anyone is making aware... A family was recently reported to have been found dead in their home near to my current town and part of me feels that could be a suicide due to anxiety and stress. Things like this really worry me, because I'm most scared of how far the government/world will take this self isolation period... I mean how can we possibly live like this for longer than several months, without human contact, having severe paranoia about each other, with food businesses on the verge of going bust? This feels like one big hissy fit that needs to get sorted out soon. And I'm just worried people are going to take this too far to the point where we can never go back to normal.

Not sure if your aware, a bit blurring. I know Michael you are dealing with what you have there. Just so you know. You both are a beautiful couple and quite blessed. Michael I love your music!! My husband and I have a small business that is going down the tubes. But many are suffering so we just give thanks! Thankfulness is the key for the soul. Count your blessings often. Practical... when bummed, stop and start giving thanks. It says in the Bible that we enter into God’s presence by the way of a thankful heart.You both have much to be thankful for and start with having each other.❤️

Hi,thanks for another great video. You've had a very good idea envolving new people in your videos and sharing different opinions and experiences. It's true that we're living difficult times and people are nervous but we can't forget the important message of great philosophers like Epicteto that went through really difficult times and said that "It doesn't affect us what happens to us (external events) but what we tell ourselves about these events". So applying his philosophy to the situation we're living at the moment, it can be pointed out that it's normal to feel these positive and useful negative emotions in this situation since they help us to improve as human beings and be aware of a serious medical problem. However, if we start feeling exageratted negative emotions that are destructive and don't help us at all we must pay attention to our thoughts,because these can be the cause of our disturbance and not the health alert. If we experience those annoying emotions, we can identify our negative thoughts and start a philosophical debate with them (trying to find pieces of evidence in favour and against) and then changing them for more realistic ,adaptive thoughts that help us keep going. Anyway,while Michael and Luisiana keep doing as well as until now,the confinement will be much more bearable. Bye! (P.S.T:Sorry if I've been to extense but I love Psichology.)
