Except on one important point, brilliant! The impressive German figures shown at 39 43 are for a country where all local public transport is PLANNED and INTEGRATED by regional transport authorities called Verkehrverbunds. In each conurbation there is just one ticketing system for all public transport. That is like London, but unlike the rest of Britain. I strongly disagree with 3rd bullet point at 45 27.
