Littler just makes it look easy. Darts is a funny old game though and you can lose you head if you don't keep yourself disciplined. Hopefully he has some good people around him that can keep him on the right path and dominate the sport for many years to come.

Beautiful play from Danny…But worried for Nathan…He needs a coach to help him (like a golf swing coach) to watch back replays of his matches, from the World's onwards…He's lost his action, lurching forward, forcing on all his throws…So no surprise he's lost all his consistency and accuracy. Watch at double speed on YT and you can see him both twisting and lunging forward…Love Nathan, so want to see him back to his best.

Yes, we don't have dart players anymore, we have "athletes"; we don't throw arrows, we use "equipment". I dare think if the oche was an extra 2 feet they'd have to have oxygen on standby! Though I must say long gone are the days of Andy Fordham-sized guys. Although the guys are a bit podgy, the game now allows younger guys to become professional a lot earlier, which probably serves as a motivator to become an athlete.@@iandawe948

I find it difficult to change darts you may be get used to it's weight but the way you throw it makes it difficult. I'd rather stay with 1 set of darts which suits you. Once u found it, never change it the way snakebite change his. Lol

Smith is playing bad for over a year now, couple of exceptions but he struggles a lot. Aspinall has a serious problem with his throw. Wright is going to a career ending if he is keeping this up. It is serioulsy bad news for the premier league. A disgrace Dobey is not in it. Also the Littler hype is tiresome. People talking about 10 world titles already, geez, let the boy average above 110 already in short match format first. Today was 90.

I agree! Hopefully he doesn't hit his peak to early otherwise he's going to live many years beyond that as a standard dart player, though Gary Anderson and Peter Wright didn't achieve anything until their 40's, so not many accurate predictions to be made I'm afraid. We can use Veen and Josh Roack as an example, who had intermittent blistering performances of 107 but rarely exceed 90's these days.

You could be right but 12 months ago, I thought it could be the Smith v Van Gerwen show and I've been wrong before on this subject. Personally, I think the standard is improving at such a rate that it will be very diifficult for any one or two players to dominate over a period of several years. We're never going to see era's like Taylor or Bristow again.
