Pro tip (from an amateur) use a dry rag (not a wet rag) to quickly wipe off your solder joints. Makes 'em smooth as butter! Great job, JWho!

You did fine bro. I can’t remember if I told you once before, get you the small jar of “C-Flux” brand. Makes it flow real nice. And in this case more flux is not always better. Haha. And wipe all joints with a wet rag while it’s still in the molten state each time. It will look real nice. And if you want any copper to look shiny and brand new get “NoKorode” flux, smear it all over the copper, take your torch and heat it up enough for the flux to melt and get runny. Then wipe it down with a wet rag while still hot. It’ll look like a brand new shiny penny. Make sure you clean all the flux off after or it will turn green after a few weeks. I usually spray with clear coat after, if it’s exposed copper piping.
