Actually from what i'm hearing the suspect is a 50 year old man from Saudi Arabia who works as a doctor in the city. So chances are this isn't a recent refugee but rather a German citizen who's lived in the country for a while. Still, the motive is most likely terrorist related but i'm not gonna assume anything till we get actual information
