Note: If you test BMW’s in the feature, there is a way to turn on approaching lights. You have to turn on “unlock when approaching vehicle,” in the lock settings. The vehicle’s exterior lights will come on first when it senses the key, and the doors will unlock automatically when you get close enough to the car. This feature was enabled in your BMW 2 Series video.

Thank you. I suppose that could work only for people who want to use the auto unlock feature. I prefer a dedicated approach light that works independently from the door locks.

Thanks for the comprehensive video. I think you said there was no button in the vehicle to turn on all the interior lights at once. Actually there is a button in the ceiling close to the front of the vehicle that you can press and it turns on all the interior ceiling lights. In other words you'll get the two white lights in the front on and as bright as they can go, as well as the two in the rear ceiling as bright as they can go. I hope that helps.

I think you have to turn on the radio if you want the speaker lights on. As long as you have bowers sounds system (might have to put the volume down that’s all)

In the USA, red and orange are both allowed. I see both. It is up to the manufacturer.

@@MikesCarInfo I don’t doubt you whatsoever but it’s surprising to me that BMW has different taillights for the U.S. and Europe when orange indicators are allowed. Maybe Mexico or Canada still require red rear indicators but that’s just a wild guess. It puzzles me (obviously😁).
