Mine wont turn on at all the led charging indicator still works it just wont turn on the screen is completely black

Hi, not related to the actual video, but does the Calypso 2 not support picture in picture or floating calls for messenger? My bfs phone broke and had to get a cheap replacement so he just got a at&t Calypso 2, but we can't find the settings to allow picture in picture or floating calls for messenger
