Did you know that when trying to unlock a phone from a carrier, you could possibly lock the phone to that carrier forever??? It's true, whether you are trying to unlock a T-Mobile phone, unlock a Verizon phone, or unlock an AT&T phone-if your unlock code (sometimes called a pin unlock key or PUK) is entered incorrectly a certain number of times the phone will lock to the original carrier permanently.
In this video, I share my experience with an AT&T permanently locked phone and how I tried to unlock it. Check out some tips at the end to make sure you don't get stuck with a permanent locked, or even just the typically network locked used phone.
