So apparently, on top of the No-Clipping, you have the anomalous ability to make things “cuter” on physical contact and therefore bypass anomalous properties that would normally kill you (you don’t die by touching 049, you keep your mind once Bright’s amulet is removed, etc). The cuteness can also make SCPs smaller and more benign, at least long enough to get them back into containment, as shown with 682, so this is helpful for breaches and SCPs cooperating during experiments or interviews to an extent. My current theory is that you’re the secret 8th bastard child of the Scarlet King. More specifically; 999’s removed sister. This is a good thing.

SCP - 9 6 "Null Man" Entity Class: -Safe- -Elucid- Thaumiel Description - A: Entity - 9 6 looks like a normal scientist of the SCP foundation, with long dark hair and glasses. They are allowed to roam the facility freely, and function as a normal scientist. Description - P: Entity - 9 6 has an effect only seen with other SCPs. On touching another SCP, all harmful effects are nullified for a short duriation. For example, upon entering SCP - 002, no effects of [EXPUNGED] were visible. Currently no visible effects on completely safe SCPs, such as SCP - 999 are visible. Data log - / /09 Upon a monthly breach of SCP - 682, 682 attempted to attack SCP - 9 6. Upon touching them, they immediately were shrunk to a smaller size - similar to after-effects of being harmed. Data log - / /12 Following a breach of SCP - 049, SCP - 9 6 was sent into a room to "calm him down." After an awkward conversation, 049 touched 9 6. This was promptly followed by panic, until _nothing_ happened. 9 6 then proceeded to hug 049, much to the confusion of the favourite bird boy. For an unmeasured time afterwards, 049's zombifying properties did not work. Data log - / / 07 After incredibly prolonged contact to SCP - 999 (roughly 12 hours), the effects of happiness were _slightly_ dampened for a couple minutes. During this time, SCP - 999 could not cure depression, but still made people happy. Data log - / / 03 After light testing, permitted by the site manager, it was revealed that contact with SCPs who's only trait is being non-human produced no effect aside from nullifying any abilities (e.g. telepathy) they have. Contact with SCP - 1867 caused him to become a normal sea slug, down to behaviors, for around 5 hours. This has not been done to any other sentient animal SPCs -(especially Timmy)- due to it causing a panic attack upon regaining consciousness. Additional notes: Dr. Bright is not permitted to edit this article. SCP - 9 6 has had a fully normal life up to their recrutment in the Foundation, and their file is fully public. Testing on 9 6's properties are not permitted, as with any harrassment or teasing. Due to requests from personnel, the classification has changed from "Elucid" to "Thaumiel" SCP - 9 6 is a girl. "Man" in this context refers to them being a human. -Also, it sounds cool- Dr. Bright is not permitted to edit this article. SCP - 9 6 is still not allowed to be tested on. Anyone who attempts to test on SCP - 9 6 must consult the site manager for light testing, and *they* must consult higher-ups for heavy testing.

Addendum 108-A Further Addendums in this chain are likely. New terminology includes: 1) SCP - 9 6-1 is Dr. Riseo. 2) SCP - 9 6-2 are the anomalous beings affected by SCP - 9 6-1. SCP - 9 6-1, when brought into contact with SCP - 4498 (The Plurality Of Jack Bright), nullified the effects of affected 4498 personnel for up to 48+ hours after the last contact. The definitions of exactly what contact means is unknown. Dr. Bright theorized that extended contact extended the period of nullification, despite being told countless times that he had already done enough damage and to stop thinking about it. However, instances of SCP - 9 6-2 were interviewed. In the interview they stated that they expired mind-numbing fog, which has shone light into what happens when SCP - 963 (Dr. Jack Bright) changes bodies. SCP - 9 6-1 has been banned from even approaching Dr. Bright, and the other way around as well (See rule 498 The List Of Things Dr. Bright Is Not Allowed To Do At The Foundation), in fear of what might happen to his amulet. Despite a petition by personnel to at least put SCP - 9 6-1 through minor testing and with containment or any other strings attached, the O5-Council upheld the ban on tests. SCP - 9 6-1's file was updated to Euclid in light of the newfound discovery, and inability to explore and understand it. No containment procedures were established beside Rule 498. This file has been edited for grammatical and formalization purposes. The original file (submitted by a junior researcher now on probation) is available in the archives.

At 0:27 , the idea that the foundation has scp 999 motivation posters make me SO happy that's totally a thing. I also loved seeing the existing scps at 1:09 , 049 507 and 963 are like actually my favorite scps so I'm so hyped to see art of them. The plague doctor definitely needed that hug, lmao. Also, isn't it technically canon that 507 took a researcher with him at one point? It's funny to think that that researcher might have been your oc. Riseo is a Euclid class SCP that can turn big Keter & Euclid class SCP's to small, mostly harmless SCP's. Riseo works as a scientist at the foundation and also makes KZbin videos about other SCP's and scientists despite the foundation telling her multiple times not to.

SCP-7654 Riseo Object Class: SAFE CLASS special containment procedures: make sure Riseo to not touch any of the O5 counsel. Anomalies ability’s: Being able to make any anomaly that he touch’s harmless and being unable to die along with being able to what he calls it ‘noclip’ Test A Riseo put on SCP-035. After putting 035 on riseo could still control her actions and mind. 035 had no affect on them. Test B With her anomalies properties of being able to convert harmful anomalies to harmless with just a touch we tested this on SCP-628. Conclusion: SCP-682 turned into a small and harmless version of itself for approximately 2 hours. Study’s show that the now harmless SCP-682 had no harmful intent for half of the time he sent as a harmless entity (1 hour) Relationships with other staff Riseo is good friends with other members of staff (other the Dr.Jack Bright) Relationships with other anomalies Riseo is friends with SCP-999 and scp-507 other scp’s such as scp-682 are sick of the doctor. Rank in the fountain: LV-3 Description Scp-7654 looks like a normal researcher with short brown hair and glasses. 7654 likes to wear a blue tie inspite of the orders from the O5 command. Personality Riseo is a likeable and energetic member of staff friends with many anomalies. Dislikes Riseo dislikes very little. But dislikes being referred to in her scp number Scp-7654. Likes Riseo likes to spend time with staff and scp-999. Riseo likes to prank staff a lot. He also likes to draw. Closing remarks SCP-7654 is a energetic, likeable LV-3 staff member with anomalies properties that can make other anomalies harmless for 2 hours. He has a positive relationship with staff and enjoy spending time with them and pranking them. Supervisory Report of Research Riseo Researcher Riseo is a great employee and is well liked by their co-workers. Researcher Riseo was notably entrusted with a lot of dangerous anomalies while they worked with us. Researcher Riseo has shown signs of anomalous abilities, it is recommend to further study these effects. I do not believe Researcher Riseo should be stuffed into a containment chamber and never work with us again. I suggest using a containment chamber as a room and not allowing Researcher Riseo outside of the facility unless an emergency situation occurs.
