ANITA: Good evening, yes we have a reservation in the name of Conti, for four people at eight o’clock.
MATTEO: This way, please. Here are the menus and the specials are on the board. What would you like to drink?
ANITA: I’d like a glass of blackberry juice
MATILDE: : I’ll have a coke
LEONARDO: I’d like a glass of white wine
ETTORE: I’ll have a glass of red, please
MATTEO: Is that all?
LEONARDO: Could we have a bottle of sparkling water, please?
MATTEO: Sure Sir. I’ll bring your drinks right over

ANITA: Yes, I’d like the mixed seafood as a starter and then could I have the king prawns for my main course?
MATTEO: Certainly Madam
ETTORE: I would like the tomato soup to start. Then I’ll have the grilled fish
LEONARDO: I’m not sure… What are the specials today?
MATTEO: The specials today are roast lamb served with spring vegetables and the Italian Pizza.
LEONARDO: Yes, that sounds great. I’ll take the Pizza and to start I’ll just have a green salad, please.
MATTEO: Certain Sir
MATILDE: What do you recommend?
MATTEO: The steak… it’s very good
MATILDE: So, for my starter I’ll have the mushrooms and for my main course the steak
MATTEO: How would you like it?
MATILDE: Well done, please
LEONARDO: Could I have some chips?
