Hey you all! ❤I just wanted to thank you for creating such a beautiful podcast that is so relatable! ❤Tahiry, I have known of you since I was a young girl, when love and hip hop came out and it's nice to see the pure honesty that you all share here on your platform! ❤I wanted to also share with you all how I am on my workout journey too! I am turning 31 this year and I had my baby in 2021! So I'm now on my workout journey to be more healthier and to at least creep close to my post mama bod lol! I was looking for fun ways to workout and I prayed and God led me to a beautiful group of women, who have changed my life! They can be found here on KZbin and they're called Kukuwa African dance fitness ❤ I learned that you can dance, burn fat and have fun doing it❤ I hope this helps as it surely has inspired me!❤ Sending blessings to you all and your beautiful families! The 2 topics that peaked my interest: If my sister or best friend asked to date my first love...KNUCK IF YOU BUCK BIH cause he was physically abusive 😂Serves them right and I hope they stock up on Monistat 🤣🤣🤣! I have noticed that it was easier to lose weight between the ages of Teenager-29 versus 29+. When I was younger I could lose 10lbs in 3 weeks by exercising 3 days a weeks, but now at 44 I have to increase my excercise regimen to 5 days a week, 30-60 minutes just to lose 6lbs. I also started intermitten fasting and it has worked very well for me. I am currently doing the 16:8, 11:30AM-7:30PM, but somtimes I will stop eating at 6PM and won't start back eating until 1PM the next day depending on how busy and/or hungry I am. I have also discovered I am not a breakfast person, more of a brunch gal so intermitten fasting works well for me. I LOVE these topics!!!!
