I lost my job 2 mth ago and was getting paid pretty good and I tried strong keep the high frequency going but it tuff when the bills keep coming and the stress starts taking over and I can feel my energy lowering and I'm a single father, and I know that my frequency is constantly up and down all day because the stress and worry hit me then I try to shake it off then continue with good vibration but it is tuff trying to stay at the level I need to be on

The universe is alive sentient and in charge of everything happening. It is shedding you of that which no longer serves you and showing you in the physical that it no longer serves you but you must have faith that all will be well in the universe will provide or else he will fail to see the lesson and it won't be the universe's fault but it won't be yours either it just means you'll have to cycle back through like groundhog Day so the real question is how long do you want to be stuck where you're at right now cuz if you didn't want to be there last week and you still are then just shed it and let it go move on and up trust and have faith manifest money in abundance through unconditional love and forgiveness it transmutes bro I swear

I go back to the basics when I feel like that. Dwell on how thankful you are for your kids being healthy, the love you have for them and how lucky you are to have 2 working legs, arms, your vision, hearing - the world around you, sunrises, rainbows etc. Also I find it helps to change up every routine I have, from what side of the bed I get out of, the route I drive to usual places (take your time to look around with curiosity - what catches your eye?), call people you feel the urge to call. The changes to your routine bring new things into your life and your attitude tells the Universe you’re ready and excited for new things. Wishing you all the best.
