Great reaction! I like that you actually try to analyze the video, the group, and the lyrics (when many a reactor only go as far as repeating formulaic phrases that are common places to all reactors). Great job!

In the Saisyu Jinrui video, Kanon goes from lying flat on her back to standing up straight. Even at my youngest and most flexible I couldn't do that.

Wow. It's incredible she can do that. I think people underestimate just how in shape these girls are in to be able to do this

Kanon, Rin and Mizyu sometimes start the Saisyu Jinrui dance in a crab/bridge position then slide down to be lying on their backs and from there they stand up, OMG. The leap from "riding stance" where they bring their legs up in the frenetic dance break is also amazing.

If you watch enough of their dance videos (and some of their non-dance stuff as well) you'll see they can all bend back and touch the floor with their heads without the use of hands. Not just great dancers but superb athletes and acrobats as well.

You mentioned that many of their songs sound like anime intros - well in this case, that could be because this is the theme song for a TV show. That also sheds some light on the lyrics as well, because it’s a cop show called something like “Inspector Demon God”, about a vigilante detective who takes justice into his own hands when he sees the legal system letting criminals go unpunished. The title of the song can be read as “upright person” or “evil person”, highlighting the moral ambiguity of the lead character in the show. AG likely had little input into the song itself, but like everything they do, they make it their own. They are alternately judging gods and writhing condemned spirits, with a little bit of hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil thrown in. There are two other versions of this song, not counting live versions: a studio choreography version, and drone-shot choreography version they did at the same location as this one. As usual, their stripped down, “just the dance” versions are compelling.

Great reaction video! AG! One of a kind! 🔥🔥🔥🔥 SUZUKA 💖 Please check out their newly posted live performance of CHANGE. This is another impressive original soundtrack of an epic Japanese movie.

AG are all trained dancers, but I think Kanon has the best technique, closely followed by Mizyu. I agree with your comment about them not having strong egos, even though they all have very distinct and strong personalities. In fact they've talked about putting the group first and I think Mizyu took a step back early on when Suzuka's personality and strong voice made her a natural focus. Suzuka has also talked about the other three helping her through some issues a couple of years ago. AG! have grown up in a world full of social media so I interpret the song as calling out the trolls and conspiracy theorists who hide behind the anonymity of a keyboard. A couple of times they even mime typing. At the end they use their bodies to spell out Maningen (マ人間). I'm looking forward to the live reviews as that's where AG! really stand out from most other groups.

I didn't know all of that. that's cool how they support each other. What you say makes a lot of sense. It very much fits with internet culture and comment section mentality
